Food Group Prep Unit

The Food Group Prep Unit was made for the kitchen area at A-Z East. It is a dedicated station for producing A-Z Food Group, a project that was inspired by the prepared food that Zittel fed her animals. A-Z Food Group contained all basic nutrients in an easy to prepare mixture. The Prep Unit contained everything necessary for the preparation and storage of the Food Group, including a refrigerator, cooker, dehydrator, weight scale, bulletin board for notes, and storage jars for the finished food.
